摘要:对某厂产生的含高浓度除锈剂饱和酸洗废液的成分进行分析,尝试用化学中和法、电解法、蒸发浓缩法等传统工艺进行

处理,发现均不合适。提出了一种高效、彻底、经济的雾化喷蒸处理工艺,解决了实际生产中的难题。

Treatment of saturated pickling wastewater containing high concentration of rust-proof agent //LIU Zhi-liang,LI Jian*, MA Cheng, ZHU Wen-chang, LI Jia

Abstract: The composition of saturated pickling wastewater containing high concentration of rust-proof agent produced

from a factory was analyzed. Several traditional methods such as chemical neutralization, electrolysis, and evaporation

concentration were used to treat the wastewater, but none of them is suitable. A thorough, highly efficient and economical

treatment process combining atomization with evaporation was proposed, and the problem encountered in practical

production was solved.
