一例装饰性镀铬光亮度不足故障的解决方案

摘要:从镀液中铬酸酐与硫酸的质量浓度比、三价铬含量、金属杂质含量、硝酸根离子含量、温度、阳极导电性等方面分析了某端盖产品电镀装饰铬光亮度不足的原因。通过现场调研和分析进行排查,确定了铬酸酐与硫酸的质量浓度比偏高、三价铬含量过高、金属杂质混入以及阳极导电不良是主要原因。采取相应的措施后成功解决了问题。

Countermeasures to a case of poor brightness problem in electroplating of decorative chromium coatings// LI Xiao-jing

Abstract: The causes of poor brightness defect for decorative chromium coating on a type of end cap were analyzed from several respects including mass concentration ratio of chromic anhydride to sulfuric acid, trivalent chromium ion content,metal impurity content, nitrate ion content, bath temperature, and anode’s conductivity. The results of site investigation and analysis showed that the main causes were as follows: too high mass concentration ratio of chromic anhydride to sulfuric acid,too many of trivalent chromium ions, contamination with metal impurities, and poor conductivity of anode. The problem was solved successfully by taking some corresponding measures.
