热镀锌板表面白色线状缺陷的分析与控制

摘要:采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱仪(EDS)分析了热镀锌板表面的3 类白色线状缺陷的锌层特征、缺陷微观形貌及化学成分。结果表明:缺陷试样表面锌层的晶粒尺寸明显小于正常试样,造成视觉上的白线缺陷;I、II、III 类缺陷分别由基板氧化铝夹杂,镀前钢板表面密集的细微划痕,以及带钢表面粘附的锌灰和锌渣造成。针对白线缺陷的形成原因,提出了相应的控制措施。

Analysis and control of white line defects on the surface of hot-dip galvanized steel sheets // SONG Yi-feng*,ZHU Yang-lin, WANG Ping, YUE Chong-xiang, LI Hua-long

Abstract: The zinc coating features, micro-morphologies, and chemical compositions of three types of white line defects on the surfaces of hot-dip galvanized steel sheets were analyzed using optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), and energy-dispersive spectrometer (EDS). The results showed that the grain size of zinc coating in the defect areas is obviously smaller than that in the normal area, which leads to the white line defects visually. The causes of such defects are:inclusion of alumina in steel substrate for Type I defect, formation of intensive micro-scratches on steel surface prior to hot-dip galvanizing for Type II defect, and adhesion of zinc ash or slag on steel surface for Type III defect. Some control measures were presented accordingly.
