摘要：阐述了飞机防腐剂的适航要求的两个主要方面：一是质量保证体系，即《民用航空用化学产品适航规定》(CCAR-53)的第十五条；二是产品技术要求，包括MIL-DTL-85054 D、MIL-PRF-81309 G、SAE AMS 3077、BMS 3-23、BMS 3-26、BMS 3-29、BMS 3-39 等。指出了防腐剂施工中表面处理、喷涂、固化、修补、清除等步骤应注意的事项。要打破飞机防腐剂的国外垄断，需要积极开展飞机防腐剂自主开发，防腐性能评估研究，以及相关技术标准制定等工作。

Airworthiness and application of aircraft corrosion inhibitors // PENG Hua-qiao*, LI Lin, YE Li-wei, ZHANG Ya-bo,LI Kai-yu, WANG Qiang, ZHANG Fan, SU Zheng-liang
Abstract: The airworthiness requirements of aircraft corrosion inhibitors were described, containing two aspects: one is quality assurance systems which are set up according to the Airworthiness Standards: Civil Aviation Chemicals (CCAR-53); and the other one is technical requirements which are in accordance with the corresponding specifications such as MIL-DTL-85054 D, MIL-PRF-81309 G, SAE AMS 3077, BMS 3-23, BMS 3-26, BMS 3-29, and BMS 3-39. Some issues needing attention during the procedures including surface preparation, spraying, curing, repair, and removal in application of aircraft corrosion inhibitors were pointed out. Independent research and development of aircraft corrosion inhibitors, studies on assessment of anticorrosion performance, and establishment of corresponding technical specifications are needed urgently in China to break the monopoly of foreign companies.
