镍钛合金血管支架的电化学抛光

摘要:以激光加工后的镍钛合金血管支架为试验材料,分别采用不同配比的甲醇−高氯酸和冰醋酸−高氯酸,在温度15 °C、电流密度0.7 A/cm2、极间距15 mm 的条件下进行电化学抛光20 s(甲醇−高氯酸)或90 s(冰醋酸−高氯酸)。结果表明:冰醋酸−高氯酸更适用于镍钛合金血管支架的电化学抛光。当冰醋酸与高氯酸的体积比为18∶1 时,抛光后的血管支架表面无凸起、热影响区和重铸层,表面粗糙度为0.48 μm。

Electrochemical polishing of nickel–titanium alloy intravascular stent // YAN Feng-jie, LI Zhi-yong*, YAN Hong-juan, HUANG Zhao-xia, ZHAO Xin
Abstract: Electrochemical polishing of laser-processed nitinol (Ni–Ti alloy) intravascular stent was conducted in methanol–perchloric acid and glacial acetic acid–perchloric acid respectively with different ratios at temperature 15 °C,current density 0.7 A/dm2, and anode–cathode spacing 15 mm for 20 s (in methanol–perchloric acid) or 90 s (in glacial acetic acid–perchloric acid). The results showed that glacial acetic acid–perchloric acid is more suitable for electrochemical polishing of nitinol intravascular stent. The surface roughness of intravascular stent was 0.48 μm after electrochemical polishing with the mixture of glacial acetic acid and perchloric acid at a volume ratio of 18:1, and the bumps, heat-affected zone, and recast layer previously existing at the surface were removed completely.
