热处理对镍–磷–金刚石复合镀层组织及摩擦学性能的影响

摘要:采用两步复合镀法在45 钢上制备了镍−磷−金刚石复合镀层,即:先采用基础镀液(由NiSO4ꞏ6H2O 25 g/L、NaH2PO2ꞏH2O25 g/L、CH3COONaꞏ3H2O 15 g/L 和Na3C6H5O7ꞏ2H2O 10 g/L 组成,pH 4 ~ 5,温度80 ~ 85 °C)化学镀镍−磷合金30 min,再在基础镀液中加入0.4 g/L 金刚石微粒(平均粒径10 μm),在机械间歇搅拌(搅拌10 s 后停10 s)下复合镀10 min。然后在不同温度(150 ~ 450 °C)下热处理1 h,研究热处理温度对复合镀层显微硬度、组织结构和摩擦学性能的影响。经350 °C 热处理的镍−磷−金刚石复合镀层的显微硬度为1 100 HV,摩擦学性能与进口摩擦垫片相当。

Effect of heat treatment on microstructure and tribological properties of electrolessly plated nickel–

phosphorus–diamond composite coating // SUN Hai-ying*, MENG Fan-rong, LI Jing

Abstract: A Ni–P–diamond composite coating was obtained on 45 steel by a two-step plating process: firstly, electroless Ni–P alloy plating was carried out in a bath (pH = 4-5) comprising NiSO4ꞏ6H2O 25 g/L, NaH2PO2ꞏH2O 25 g/L, sodium acetate 15 g/L, and sodium citrate 10 g/L at 80-85 °C for 30 min; and secondly, electroless composite plating was conducted in the said bath added with 0.4 g/L diamond particles (averagely 10 μm in diameter) under intermittent mechanical agitation(stop for 10 s after agitating for 10 s) for 10 min. The coating was then heat treated at different temperatures (150-450 °C) for 1 h. The effect of heat treatment temperature on microhardness, microstructure, and tribological properties of the composite coating was studied. The Ni–P–diamond composite coating heat treated at 350 °C had a microhardness of 1 100 HV and tribological properties comparable to an imported friction shim.
