水性高效增光防锈金属清洗剂的研制

摘要:以混合酸、缓蚀剂、表面活性剂与水配制了一种高效增光防锈金属清洗剂。通过正交试验得到如下优化配方(以质量分数表示):混合酸19.5%(其中硫酸0.5%,冰醋酸1%,柠檬酸12%,磷酸6%),缓蚀剂4%(其中尿素2%,咪唑啉2%),表面活性剂24%(其中WY901 专用活性剂7%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚MOA7 6%,OP10 5%,醇醚羧酸盐AEC 6%)。201 不锈钢在由其质量分数为5%的工作液中60 °C 超声波清洗4 min,光亮效果最佳。

Development of a water-based highly efficient brightening and antirust metal cleaning agent // PAN Mao-dong*,CHEN Xi-liang, FAN Hong-liang

Abstract: A cleaning agent with high brightness enhancement and antirust performance for metals was developed by mixing acids, corrosion inhibitors, and surfactants in water. The formulation was optimized by orthogonal test as follows: acids 19.5wt.% (0.5wt.% sulfuric acid + 1wt.% glacial acetic acid + 12wt.% citric acid + 6wt.% phosphoric acid), corrosion inhibitors 4wt.% (2wt.% urea + 2wt.% imidazoline), and surfactants 24wt.% (7wt.% WY901 specialty surfactant + 6wt.% fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether MOA7 + 5wt.% OP10 + 6wt.% alcohol ether carboxylate). The best brightening effectiveness for 201 stainless steel was obtained by cleaning in an aqueous solution containing 5wt.% of the cleaning agent with the assistance of ultrasonic vibration at 60 °C for 4 min.
