锌酸盐体系锌−纳米碳化硅复合电沉积工艺条件的优化

摘要:通过单因素试验对锌酸盐体系Zn−纳米SiC 复合电沉积的工艺条件进行优化,得到最优配方和工艺条件为:氧化锌30 g/L,氢氧化钠180 g/L,硫脲4 g/L,香草醛2.8 g/L,三乙烯四胺4 g/L,99%甲醛1 mL/L,纳米SiC(粒径约40 nm)0.15 g/L,温度25 °C,电流密度4.0 A/dm2,搅拌速率250 r/min,时间15 min。在该条件下所得Zn−纳米SiC 复合镀层厚度为6.58 μm,硅的质量分数为0.24%,表面平整、均匀,耐蚀性优于纯锌镀层。

Optimization of process conditions for composite electrodeposition of zinc–nano-silicon carbide in a zincate electrolyte // LIN Yun-song, DENG Xing-shen*, HE Yong-jia, JIANG Ji-qiong

Abstract: The process conditions for composite electrodeposition of Zn–nano-SiC in a zincate electrolyte were optimized by single-factor experiment. The optimal bath formulation and conditions were obtained as follows: zinc oxide 30 g/L, sodium hydroxide 180 g/L, thiourea 4 g/L, vanillin 2.8 g/L, triethylenetetramine 4 g/L, 99% formaldehyde 1 mL/L, nano-SiC with a size of ca.40 nm 0.15 g/L, temperature 25 °C, current density 4.0 A/dm2, stirring rate 250 r/min, and time 15 min.The Zn−nano-SiC composite coating obtained under the given conditions was 6.58 μm-thick, smooth, and uniform,contained 0.24wt.% Si, and had better corrosion resistance than the pure zinc coating.
