高熵合金涂层的研究现状

摘要:综述了高熵合金的概念与特性,介绍了高熵合金涂层的设计和制备手段。重点讨论了激光熔覆、磁控溅射和热喷涂这3 种制备高熵合金涂层的技术手段的原理、特点及国内外的研究现状,展望了高熵合金涂层的研究和应用前景。

Current status of research on high-entropy alloy coatings // XU Quan, LIU Qian*, HUANG Yan-bin, XIE Lu, HUANG Jun-xiong, WANG Xin-yang

Abstract: The concept and characteristics of high-entropy alloys were described. The methods for design and preparation of high-entropy alloy coatings were introduced. The principles and features of laser cladding, magnetron sputtering, and thermal spraying for the preparation of high-entropy alloy coatings were discussed, and their research status at home and abroad were summarized. The research and application prospects of high-entropy alloy coatings were presented.
