摘要：研究了不同酸性镀铜添加剂组合对锂离子电池用双面光电解铜箔光泽和力学性能的影响。基础电解液组成和工艺条件为：Cu2+ (82 ± 2) g/L，硫酸(120 ± 5) g/L，Cl− (30 ± 10) mg/L，电流密度60 A/dm2，温度(50 ± 1) °C。结果表明，明胶与聚二硫二丙烷磺酸钠(SPS)的组合不能得到光亮的铜箔。胶原蛋白与SPS 组合时可得到光亮的铜箔，在此基础上加入羟乙基纤维素(HEC)，能提高铜箔的延伸率和光泽，但会降低抗拉强度。

Effects of additives for acid copper plating on electrolytic copper foils being bright on both sides for fabrication of lithium-ion batteries // WANG Hai-zhen*, HU Xu-ri
Abstract: The effects of different combinations of additives for acid copper plating on the glossiness and mechanical properties of the electrolytic copper foil being bright on both sides used in lithium-ion battery were studied in an electrolyte composed of Cu2+ (82 ± 2) g/L and Cl− (30 ± 10) mg/L at temperature (50 ± 1) °C and current density 60 A/dm2. The results showed that a bright copper foil was obtained when using the combination of collagen and SPS combination, but not for the combination of gelatin and sodium 3,3′-dithiodipropane sulfonate (SPS). The copper foil obtained with collagen and SPS as additives had an improved elongation and glossiness, but a reduced tensile strength after the addition of hydroxyethyl cellulose (HEC).
